Tom Davies

Investment Associate

Tom's role with netus is to identify, research, analyze and secure opportunities for investment. His responsibilities include leading the due diligence on investments, and working closely with the management teams of investee companies to further develop their potential through strategic business planning and implementation.

Tom has three years' experience as a consultant with Bain & Company in Australia, the United Kingdom and France, where his work focused on the telecommunications, new technology, and consumer products industries. For example, he worked with the world's largest telecommunications companies to develop an international marketing strategy for 3G mobile; restructure a global directory business; and drive an internet and online business' strategic planning to take advantage of wireless broadband. In addition, he provided transaction support for private equity firms in Europe and Australia.

Tom has also worked in commercial law firms in Melbourne and France, and has a combined Commerce/Law (Hons) degree from Monash University in Melbourne.
